Our resident paparazzo Dutch Savage doesn't just take incriminating photos of celebrities driving around Arcata while they talk on their cell phones.
He also captures glimpses of this town we love/hate/don't know about/think it's Arcadia — Arcata.
Like this one, an early morning glimpse of the Plaza before the Plazoids rise, where the seagull-feeding lady has trained the birds to give her high fives.
Simply amazing.
